This diet is extremely easy to follow, yet very effective. Many of the diets that I have tried in the past require you to keep track of calories or carbs. This makes it very difficult to stick to the program when dining out. But This Easy Weight Loss Guide is different. There are no calories or carbs to keep track of and it is very easy to stick to regardless of where you eat.
In addition, using this plan, I haven’t had to give up my favorite foods. This is the biggest benefit for me because I have always tended to cheat after a couple of weeks and binge on the foods that were not allowed. This always resulted in gaining back the weight that I lost.

“The Easy Weight Loss Guide to Lose Weight Fast” was an easy read. Even though I had known, for instance, about eating more smaller meals I didn’t realize that the act of digestion burns a lot more energy which results in a faster metabolism.
The step by step plan makes it easy to follow. As much as I dislike water I found myself drinking the required amounts. Much to my surprise one of the indicated reasons of migraines is dehydration. Soon after I started drinking the required amount of water, my migraine problem was much improved. I must admit I was concerned about increased bathroom visits but that soon diminished.
I had read about sugar sweetened drinks but was amazed by the author’s statistics on sugar consumption. My family grew up on colas and it was difficult to cut them out but I did after I shared the sugar facts shown in the book.
The office I work in has many overweight people so I brought the book in and passed it around. We formed a group of like mind individuals who had a common goal of losing weight. I am pleased to report that over the past few months my group has lost many pounds of excess weight. Per the book we have all set goals. Some of us have nearly reached the preset goal while others of us have a way to go.
This book opened our eyes about weight loss and pointed us in the right direction. Thanks!

I purchased this book or should I say pamphlet. There are about 24 pages of large font (24). I already know not to eat in between meals and to drink water. There is no info in this book (pamphlet) that is worth the price plus shipping. I returned it for a refund.
