Question by Ryan Burke: What are good vitamins or supplements to take to aid in weight-loss?
I am 22, 5-11 and 230 pounds. I have started running to lose weight but I have only seen weight gain. I know I am building muscles and weight will increase, but I still feel that I am not losing the weight I could be losing. I am taking vitamin B but I was wondering if there were any other good weight loss supplements to take?

Being healthy and maintaining a fitness of body is very important for everybody. But due to the busy schedule in our life style, we don’t have the time to take care of our body. It is essential to maintaining a toned body; else we will have to face the health problems like diabetes, heart problems, hypertension, and arthritis.
In this busy schedule, some people are seeking some form of external intervention like weight loss supplements in order to lose their fat and keep the body shape and fitness. There are so many companies manufacturing weight loss supplements and pills. In general, weight loss supplements and pills that are not considered as prescription medications. But it does not mean we should not go with supplements. We can use weight loss supplements and pills, but we should consider some factors while buying the weight loss supplements such as quality of present active ingredients, side effects, safety, interaction, long term benefits and convenience. And other factors that we should keep in mind are company reputation, packaging, testimonials, customer services and their successive rate on their products.
