What is a Crash Diet?
A crash diet is a diet which is extremely severe,usually severely restricting calories intake,it is designed for very fast weight loss.It is one of the most restrictive types of weight loss diets that you can follow. It involves drastically cutting back calories and fat intake on a daily basis.
Similar to a starvation diet, a crash diet is often followed together with other weight loss options including extreme exercise routines or the use of diuretic or diet pills.

I am going on a cruise in a few months and I need to lose around 30 lbs so I won’t be embarrassed when I go swimming. Can someone recommend a fast weight loss diet that doesn’t cost tons of money?

Question by simpleheartsx3: Does fast weight loss affect the effectiveness of your birth control?
I am on the depo shot and recently had weight loss surgery. The weight loss from the surgery has caused lots of heavy spotting (which has never happened before on the depo shot with me). Is the weight loss counteracting the effectiveness of the shot?
