I have recently purchased the Slim in 6 workout program. I need to to lose weight fast, and yes I know that losing weight extremely fast isn’t healthy, but I’m looking to lose the most weight I can in a healthy manner. What diet plan should I follow to go with this program? I am horrible at planning meals, I’m a vegetarian and seeking meals and food options that are inexpensive.

I would like to lose 30 pounds by May 31st (my boyfriend’s sister’s wedding). Could someone please give me some tips for which machines burn fat most quickly etc. All tips for weight loss will help. Thanks!
I go to a 24 hour gym and am planning on working out about 4 times a week. Also, limiting my calorie intake to 1200-1500 calories per day. Any idea on how much weight I can lose if i do cardio for 1 hour each time I go to the gym along with some free weights?

Question by a writer: how much fruit and vegetables for fast weight loss?
i am on a weight loss diet + exercise. i eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, plus some (not a lot) protein and carbs. i was wondering – how much fruit is too much fruit, when i’ trying to lose weight, fast? and till what time in the day can i eat that fruit? is there a limit on vegetable?
