<p> 2. Managing Insulin Levels</p>
<p> When sugars and carbohydrates are consumed, the body converts them to glucose which is then released into the blood stream. The pancreas then produces insulin to remove this glucose from the blood and distribute it to the different cells in the body that need it for energy.</p>
<p> When there is an excess amount and consumption of foods that mainly produce energy such as carbohydrates, insulin will be secreted in greater amounts and the insulin will store the excess carbs as glycogen in the muscles, liver and circulatory system to be used as needed when blood glucose levels decrease. Any excess carbs that can not be stored as glycogen are converted into fat and then stored in the body&#8217;s fatty tissues.</p>
<p> When the body produces excess insulin due to the heightened levels of glucose in the blood, weight problems as well as being at risk of developing chronic diseases arise. This mainly occurs because of the kind of food being eaten. Eating refined foods such as white rice and white bread do not put the metabolism to work which increases blood sugar levels.</p>
<p> Consuming complex carbohydrates which include none of the &#8220;white&#8221; foods and more whole grains puts the metabolism to work and reduces blood sugar levels and the need for excess amounts of insulin.</p>
<p> When you consume the &#8220;white&#8221; foods which lead to increased blood glucose levels, the insulin will overreact in an attempt to remove the excess glucose from the blood which leads to a drop in the blood sugar which usually causes people to feel hungry a lot quicker for more of the bad carbs leading to a repeat of this unhealthy process.</p>
<p> This cycle can continue until finally the body becomes insulin resistant which leads to the accumulation of insulin in the blood which is then expelled from the body through urine. This leaves the body without the the energy that it desperately needs to properly function leading to various chronic diseases and complications. </p>
<p> 3. Physical Activity</p>
<p> Physical activity is required for fast weight loss that can be maintained on a long term basis. Physical activity can boost metabolism leading to more calories being burned per day and allow you to lose weight fast. If you lead a sedentary lifestyle, you will gain weight. Simple as that unless you happen to be one of the lucky few with a hyperactive metabolic rate. If you do not incorporate physical activity into your weight loss program, you will not enjoy any of the benefits of fast weight loss that can be gotten by incorporating physical activity into your weight loss program.</p>

<p>I just don&#8217;t understand where all this negativity is coming from. There are so many so-called &#8220;experts&#8221; who keep telling us <a href="http://justloseweight.com">fast weight loss</a> is incredibly stupid and all kinds of bad things are going to happen to us if we do it. Some of weight loss forums will actually ban you for endorsing fast weight loss.We are not all able to become health nuts and eat only low calorie, low fat foods for the rest of our life. Some can and I say &#8220;go for it!&#8221; But I can&#8217;t. There is no way I can permanently give up pizzas or fried chicken for the rest of my life. I do know that I can give them up temporarily in order to lose weight and I can live with indulging in the only occasionally in order to maintain my weight loss.Second, let me say that losing weight and maintenance are two separate things and they should not be confused. Losing weight is a process with a defined end point. Maintenance is a totally separate process with a totally separate goal. Also, maintenance is not &#8220;going back to your old way of eating&#8221;. I think it is common sense and everyone knows that if you go back to your original way of eating you will gain all your weight back no matter what diet you were on to lose it. So the threat of regaining your weight is not a deterrent for fast weight loss. You can lose 100 pounds on Weight Watchers over a year but if you go back to the way you were eating before Weight Watchers then you will regain your weight. Does that mean you should not go on Weight Watchers in the first place? Of course not!I admit that fast weight loss is not for everyone. It is, however, for me. I could not tolerate slow weight loss. It would take 2 months to lose 10 pounds. A holiday would come up and 2 or 3 days of eating &#8220;normally&#8221; I would gain back 6 pounds! Talk about demoralizing! That is the reason I am a proponent of fast weight loss. It is incredibly motivating and you are more likely to stick with a diet when you see the weight falling off relatively quickly. After your weight loss, if you indulge occasionally, you will then be dealing with the &#8220;last 10 pounds&#8221; not the &#8220;first 10 pounds&#8221;. This is much easier to handle!The term &#8220;fast weight loss&#8221; is really relative to how much you have to lose. If you weigh 300 pounds you could probably lose 20 to 30 pounds in your first month. It will slow down after that and this is a good reason to take advantage of the maximum amount of weight you can lose at the beginning. If you weigh 120 pounds you may be lucky to lose 5 pounds in your first month and that, too, will slow down.The reason I don&#8217;t believe all the doomsday prophets when it comes to fast weight loss is because fasting is normal and accepted for medical, cultural, and religious reasons. I&#8217;m not even promoting a fast. Web MD defines a low calorie diet as one made up of 800 to 1500 calories: a very low calorie diet (VLCD) is 800 calories or less. I do, however, believe that if you are otherwise healthy, a low calorie diet in the area of 800 to 1000 calories per day is a good option for losing weight quickly. If you are healthy, there is no reason why you should not be able to go on this many calories per day for 2 or 3 or 4 months in order to really kick-start a weight loss program. I lost over 50 pounds in less than 4 months on a cookie diet and I felt great! The sky didn&#8217;t fall on me and I&#8217;m healthier than I&#8217;ve been in years.</p>

Well I have some great news for you, here is a fast weight loss diet that will work for you, in saying that you will need to commit yourself, become dedicated with all your passion and soul to succeed in this fast weight loss diet. </p>
<p>The simplicity is this; nearly 99% of all diets fail because we all have our own unique body chemistry and metabolism. Meaning we all relate differently to both food and exercise. Common sense also tells you that you should consult your doctor before undertaking any type of fast weight loss diet. Additional information to ask your doctor, which is very important, is your weight, height and the amount of calories you consume in your current diet. Keep a safe record of this information close by.</p>

<p>The Fast Weight Loss Diet Plan</p>
<p>Okay let&#8217;s get started. The average adult women, conducting an average amount of physical activity throughout the day should consume no more than 2000 calories per day. The average adult man, conducting an average amount of physical activity throughout the day should consume no more than 2200 calories per day.</p>
<p>Here is the easy part; you can now work out a fast weight loss diet plan by asking your doctor how many calories you should consume for your weight and height. Now you&#8217;ll be able to calorie control your diet with ease. Plan your meals each day for a fast weight loss diet plan to fit within the amount of calorie intake your doctor tells you and comply with what the average man or women should consume. Fuel your body for nutrition and healthy eating. You&#8217;ll be surprised how much food makes up 2000 calories, especially choosing the right foods. <p>Please remember to consult your doctor before undertaking any fast weight loss plan and maybe arrange to see your doctor every 2-3 weeks to make sure you are healthy. Always try to have your largest meal at the beginning of the day, that way you&#8217;ll burn the calories through out the day in your normal activity. Eat a lot of green leafy vegetables and salads; try to stick to lean red and white meats. I know this can be quite expensive, you could also bulk buy your meat that way it will work out a lot cheaper over a couple of weeks to a month. Try not to eat at least 2-3 hours before going to bed; I&#8217;m sure you realize that you won&#8217;t be burning calories while you sleep. </p>
<p>Motivation</p>
<p>A great way to motivate yourself while undertaking a fast weight loss diet plan is to choose a piece of clothing maybe 2-3 dress sizes smaller than you currently are. Make it your goal to fit into this piece of clothing. Weighing yourself on scales each day can play tricks on you and decrease your motivation. Create a excel sheet of the meals you plan to eat and the exercise you plan to do. Tick off every meal and exercise activity you complete this way you&#8217;ll have a sense of achievement each day.</p>
<p>Finally</p>
<p>Make sure you have fun planning your fast weight loss diet. Cut pictures out of magazines, start a body scrap book of the ideal body you&#8217;d like to have. Choose a goal date. Choose a treat for yourself, it may be a weekend away or a shopping spree, either way make it fun. Here I will share a few secrets to fast weight loss that will help you get on the right track to losing weight easily! It really isn&#8217;t that difficult.</p>
<p>First of all, if you are serious about fast weight loss, you must change your eating habits just a bit. One secret I have used that has proven successful is taking Omega 3 fish oil, and drinking 2 glasses of green tea every day. This enables me to eat a little more than you normally would on a diet, and still lose weight.</p>

<p>Another little secret to fast weight loss &#8211; eat dairy and ice cream all you want, just switch to low-fat varieties! The only foods I would say to eat as little as possible of when trying to lose weight is fried foods. Have a little occasionally, but try to stay away for the most part.</p>

Not only do people who do resistance exercises lose more weight overall, they also lose more fat and, if they combine the exercises with the right eating plan, they will also add rather than lose lean muscle mass. People who primarily exercise aerobically on the other hand lose less weight overall and do not gain lean muscle mass.</p>
<p>The authors of Warp Speed Fat Loss, Mike Roussell and Alvyn Cosgrove, have developed a carefully designed program of resistance exercises that helps maximize fast weight loss while actually increasing lean muscle mass. <p>take place properly, which is the only way to achieve fast weight loss, or even any weight loss at all, you need to engage in the right kind of exercise at high enough intensity.</p>
<p>Russell and Cosgrove&#8217;s students achieve their spectacular results by rotating through specific exercises at high intensity, thereby mobilizing and burning a maximum amount of fat. But not only that. The increased fat burning actually continues for many hours, even days. Here&#8217;s how it works: Fat cells are broken down by hormone sensitive lipase, also known as HSL. That&#8217;s the exact stuff that&#8217;s suppressed by insulin, which is why proper diet is so important. Another player involved in fat breakdown is catecholamine, whose levels are really ramped up by high intensity exercise.</p>
<p>Then, of course, the fat needs to get burned by the muscles, where carnitine levels are important for efficient fat burning. Carnitine levels are drastically lowered when glycogen levels are up, and that&#8217;s another reason why carbs are bad news. In addition to a careful low-carb diet, special circuit exercises lead to rapid depletion of glycogen, which allows fat burning to take place. Roussell and Cosgrove call it a perfect combination punch. And the best thing of all: this particular combination also leads to in an extended period of fat-burning for many hours after the workout is long over. The result: really fast weight </p>

I would like to lose 30 pounds by May 31st (my boyfriend&#8217;s sister&#8217;s wedding). Could someone please give me some tips for which machines burn fat most quickly etc. All tips for weight loss will help. Thanks!<br />
I go to a 24 hour gym and am planning on working out about 4 times a week. Also, limiting my calorie intake to 1200-1500 calories per day. Any idea on how much weight I can lose if i do cardio for 1 hour each time I go to the gym along with some free weights?</p>

<p><i>Answer by Quicksand</i><br />doing 30 minute in the treadmill by this sequence and your belly and waist fat will be history you start warming for 3 minute and then go up hill for 5 minute incline 3.5 and with the speed of 6.0 and then go running to incline 0.0 and with the speed of 7.0 for 5 minute and relax for 2 minute in incline 0.0 with the speed of 4.5 and then go for 3 minute in the speed of 5.5 and uphill 9.5 and then relax in the speed of 6.0 with the incline 0.0 for 5 minute and after that go running for 5 minute with incline of 2 and speed of 7.0 then start to cool down for 2 minute by doing this technique you will burn a lot of calories in short period .best of luck</p>

<p><i>Answer by Mikey</i><br />You definitely need to change your attitude on all the things you mentioned: food, exercise, and just your lifestyle in general. What it comes down to is the willpower you put behind it. Everyone&#8217;s tried it at some point and most people just give up. I can sit here and list all the things you need to do, but I&#8217;ll probably just be repeating things you&#8217;ve heard. Just remember. Only eating healthy or only exercising won&#8217;t do the trick. You need to integrate! Good luck!</p>
