There’s been a lot of hype surrounding weight loss tea—the Next Big Thing in dieting—and many people are wondering if losing weight can really be as simple and inexpensive as Lipton. Well, not exactly.

We have all heard it and most of us have ignored it; if you want to lose weight you need to drink more water. Eight 8-oz. glasses of water per day is the recommendation from health professionals for optimal health. For many people, that just seems like too much, especially because exchanging the same amount of pop or coffee defeats the purpose of drinking the water in the first place.

We have all heard and understand that water is good for you and many of us strive to drink the ‘eight glasses a day’ which is the recommended amount and we trust the health articles that say we will perform better, achieve more and become fitter if we just keep on drinking water by the bucket load. That’s all fine, but how many of us have taken into account that water could possibly make weight loss easier? Yes, that’s correct, drink plenty of water and follow a calorie controlled diet and exercise regime and finally lose those last few excess pounds. Why is water great for weight loss?:
• We frequently confuse thirst with hunger, so when we assume that our body needs extra food; it may in fact only want rehydration. When you are tempted to snack, drink some water and then decide whether you are actually hungry, or just needed a drink.

Question by hooahwife04: Has anyone used the Cortisol Hoodia Weight Loss drink? Did you have any results?
I saw Cortisol weight loss drink at Costco. I considered buying it. It has 100% African hoodia, which I have no idea what that is supposed to do to you. I was just curious if anyone out there has used it, and if they got any sort of results…(weight loss, more energy, etc.) Would you recommend it to anyone if you have tried it?

Losing weight can often be a hunger fueled task not to mention demoralizing when all of your dedication, hard work & improved eating habits do not give you
the results you were expecting. There is a wealth of different weight loss products available to assist in your weight loss journey – fat burners are a classic example – however only a few deliver results & for those that don’t need to take a pill, the number of options have, up until now, been limited.
Leading the way is an innovative new weight loss drink – Fibretrim. It tastes like a glass of orange & mango however provides the beginning of your day with a way to reduce your hunger. This sense of satiety (or fullness) having taken Fibretrim means you’ll feel less hungry & hence (on average) will mean you’ll consume 200 calories less at lunch time – that’s 27% less calories!

Most of my coworkers know that I’ve been on medifast for quite a while. It’s not that I advertise the fact, but my appearance has changed quite a bit and there’s a lot less of me to look at, which will often bring about questions. Recently, one of my coworkers asked for more information about the “medifast weight loss drink.” I asked her which one she meant and her response was to give me a questioning look and answer: “I don’t know, you tell me. What choices are available?” So, in this article, I will go over all of the options that she could have meant by her question.
Medifast Weight Loss Shakes: There Are Several Options And Flavors: In truth, I was pretty sure that the shakes were what my coworker was referring to because these are probably the most popular of all the food choices on this diet. My co worker had no idea that that this is not a liquid only diet. The shakes are one choice, but there are many other choices available (and choices that consist of real, solid food like oatmeal, eggs, chili, stew, etc.) You eat six times per day on this diet. (Five of the meals will be provided for you.) So, you aren’t just consuming shakes all day.
