I would drink the weight-loss shake for breakfast AND lunch…

You see, the shake will (most likely) give you a good amount of energy as well. You don’t want to be too energized at night, do you? Keep in mind, however, that you must eat a small dinner (maybe cereal, a small salad, etc) so your stomach will be less full when you go to bed!

i did what quick research i could online about the product. it seems to me like it is nothing more than glorified juice concentrate. it has fiber and several vitamins added to it. it also has HCA, a fat burner supplement added to it. in my opinion, you should already be taking a daily multi vitamin every day, and if you are following a decent meal plan every day, you should be getting enough fiber in your diet (vegetables).. as for fat burning supplements, i am not a huge fan of them, i believe there is a time and place for them but 99% of the people looking to lose weight can do so efficiently without these fat burners. regular fruit juice is ok to drink in moderation but they do contain alot of sugars, therefore you need to be careful of how much you drink every day. that is why you hear so much about drinking water. you need to stay hydrated and water doesnt contain any calories like juice. you are better served to eat whole fruit rather than juices if you like to eat fruit every day.
