A biomedical research pioneer, Dr. Joel D. Wallach, DVM, ND spent more than 40 years in the field of Veterinary Medicine, observing and researching the effects of individual nutrients on animal health, before becoming a Naturopathic Physician in 1982. Today, Dr. Wallach is renowned for his groundbreaking research on the health benefits of selenium and other minerals. He currently dedicates his time to lecturing throughout the world on the therapeutic benefits of vitamins and minerals, and on lobbying the US Food and Drug Administration on behalf of the dietary supplement industry. Education Dr. Wallach obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Missouri in 1962, with a major in Animal Husbandry (Nutrition) and a minor in Field Crops and Soils. In 1964, he was awarded a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM), also from the University of Missouri.   2. Poor, poor advice. Very vague, very off the mark. Let’s start with the protein. Nobody ‘needs’ protein shakes to gain muscle. And ‘one a day’? How many grams of protein is that then? Second – creatine? You’re suggesting everybody take creatine or you won’t build any muscle? Lol? I don’t even think I want to comment on that…you clearly do not have a clue what you are talking about!

    a good protein shake has all of this and get youre fats from nuts instead of some pill

    all of that shit is a watse of youre money

    the only other supp besides protien and creatine i would use is beta alanine

    which is also found in a good pre workout

    ( but i hate caffine so i make my own lol

    take some ON whey protein i would recomened the 10pound bag because you get more bang for youre buck (150 +servings for 100$) thats 5 months worth

    take 1 shake per day no need to watse besides your your protein should come from food MOSTLY

    take some creatine 2.5 grams before & after workouts no need to load

    take some pre workout

    Yes, it is true but keep in mind that you will put on a lot of weight too. So, unless you plan on building up first and not leaning out for some time then you’re okay. When you start to lean out DO NOT continue with that kind of diet because you’ll just keep fat on and not have that ripped look.

    Quality vitamins, on the other hand, will use the “coenzyme” forms of the B vitamins. These

  46. The Japanese & French don’t drink artificially fluoridated water.  They also eat lots of saturated animal fat that contain essential fatty acids because their livestock get plenty of grass in the sunshine. The sunshine insures the fatty acids contain essential Vitamin D. The green grass livestock feed on insures the fats contain essential fatty acids like Omega-3 EPA/DHA fatty acids which the medical establishment seems to think only comes from mercury contaminated fish.

  47. Statins will also induce a Vitamin D deficiency as your body needs cholesterol in order to make Vitamin D3 from sun exposure. It is insane to get your cholesterol levels really low. Besides, 50% of people who have heart attacks have normal cholesterol levels. High cholesterol can by caused by fluoride-induced hypothyroidism. In fact, years ago high cholesterol was diagnosed as hypothyroidism. Hyperthyroidism causes low cholesterol levels. Statins are now being linked to diabetes & CH failure.

Virgin Coconut Oil is a medium-chained fatty acid that can cross the blood-brain barrier & nourish the brain when it can no longer burn carbohydrates.

  49. Seventy-two percent of Americans are receiving artificially fluoridated water. Years ago when iodine was added to water it caused hyperthyroidism in people. Doctors treated this by having them drink or bathe in fluoridated water to slow down the thyroid. This treatment worked however they later learned it caused HYPOthyroidism & destroyed the thyroid so the treatment was discontinued. Now many in the USA have hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism causes elevated cholesterol levels.

  50. The main problem with the GMO’s is that they are being sprayed abundantly with RoundUp. Monsanto doesn’t care that it is toxic on the body. It has been compared to Agent Orange. Worse yet, Monsanto is fighting having his GMO foods labeled as such. He doesn’t want people to know they are eating GMO foods. Beware of processed foods made with corn, soy, cotton seed oil, sugar from beets, soft drinks with HFCS (made with GMO corn–also contains mercury & lead). Also avoid trans-fats in foods.
