I purchased one box of Lishou and 2 boxes of Pai. I switched after one week of using Lishou to the Pai because outside of some appetite suppression, it didn’t work at all. I lost nothing after a week (+ exercise) and noticed the appetite suppressant wearing off. I haven’t used the rest of the box. I won’t be ordering another box and will use them after I do finally find something to help me lose this extra weight.
If you read my reviews, you’ll see that I was originally 246lbs and started yoga and eating better. I had dropped to 180 and could not get passed that. I tried Lida Daidai and dropped to 160 and eventually 152. I recently got laid off, put on lbs because I have not been as active without the job and went up to 175. Lishou didn’t drop a pound off of me. The other one dropped me to 170 but took off a few inches allowing me to get back in my jeans. Lishou did not work for me at all. Not a pound or inch was lost. Maybe it is the lack of working; I don’t want to just blame the pill. I like honesty at all times. So, maybe it is a good product if you are more active.
Anyway, I am researching for a BETTER pill to take in conjunction with my exercise and change in eating habits, that will work even though I am not as active as when I was working. In this way, when I DO go back to work, I’ll know it will work even better. I wouldn’t recommend Lishou unless to wanted to kill our appetite at a party or on a cruise. Especially since my appetite started to come back after a week.
Lida had INSTANT and dramatic effects. I wish that the FDA didn’t take it off of the market. They take away things that work and leave us with these crappy OTC (over the counter) things that don’t! I am grateful to Amazon for recognizing that it’s customers have the right to choose products of their own desire. Amazon is a trusted site and would not sell harmful products. Too bad the FDA can’t get on board and allow us to get these excellent weight loss pills OTC. Until then, THANKS AMAZON!!!
I wish that these pills could have helped me drop the 15-20 that I was hoping for. But after about 6 weeks, they didn’t. Pai was better than Lishou, but I still want something that worked as well as Lida. Anyone know anything that does? Please email me and let me know. Thanks!

To start with: I purchased this product on Amazon and this review is only applicable to Amazon. Buyers should beware of sites that have identical reviews since it suggests their business practices are not sufficient or worthy enough to attract their own customers and wish to leach from reputations of others.
Secondly: I strongly discourage giving any credit or worth to the negative reviews posted of those who expect weight loss in 4-7 days. Especially from ones that whined about the FDA removing their favorite weight loss product. Wanting to use pills that contain cancer inducing chemicals, prescription anti-depressants, and prescription anti-seizure medication to lose weight after they were deemed dangerous by even the FDA’s screwball standards is a serious lack of judgment. Weight loss is suppose to be a healthy choice. You shouldn’t been choosing between effective weight loss or cancer, possible neurological disorders, and a skin infection that could require limb amputation (a major side-effect of seizure meds).
When I first saw this product and its claim of 20-30lbs in one month, I thought it was just some inflated numbers, but figured 10lbs should be a more realistic figure. True to the description, I did feel the effects the first day. This pill creeps up on you, the effects don’t kick in for a few hours but it will last all day. Once it did kick in, stable energy from then on. After two weeks I stepped on the scale only to discover that I had already lost the 10lb monthly goal. ( to be fair I hadn’t weighed myself in a month.) Still, 10lbs less is 10lbs less. By week 3 my boss and co-workers were teasing me because I was constantly pulling up my work pants. Since the once tight waistband now hangs off of me. I’ve still got about a week left on this product and am now at a loss of 15lbs. 20-30lbs does seem feasible after all, even with someone like me who only needs to lose a few pounds.
On a scale of 1-10 for being a morning person, I rank somewhere in the -600′s. Prior to this product I’ve had no energy or motivation. I was constantly impatient, and irritable from being tired all the time. (fulltime job/full college student) Every morning it’d take me several cups of hot tea to get to functioning. P.M. Slumps Round-house kicked me Chuck Norris style on a regular basis. After this product, the stable energy boost gave me no need for caffeine and P.M. Slumps were non-existent. In fact, I woke up alert and happy to go to work. When I’d come into work, I’d be happy and chipper. I was able to focus and get work done.
I have some information to challenge the “virtually no side-effects” and “all natural” slogans. First off, Poison ivy is an “all natural” plant, that doesn’t make it a freaking good idea to put it in your body. Secondly, the “all natural” ingredients do have known side-effects most of which can be avoided.
Tuckahoe: boasts several health benefits from strengthening the spleen, to helping calm the mind. Side-effects: causes body to dump electrolytes. Electrolyte depletion is probably why people mentioned dizzy, druggie feelings. Body absorbs electrolytes better thru food. Ensure your getting enough.
Lotus has more benefits than you can shake a stick at, no known side-effects.
Bitter Orange: Med users be wary. Peel is used for weight loss. Many benefits, but it can mess with medication, check with the doctor! Daily use should not exceed 4-6grams. Entire pill content is .4grams. Many things that are good for you (Vitamin A overdose=toxic) can be bad in excessive amounts. If taken in moderation, you enjoy the benefits rather than the side-effects.
