When Laura Dziak first started CrossFit, she was mildly concerned about bulking up. What preoccupied her more, however, was doing a workout as RX’d. Today, she’s gained a total of 15 lb. of muscle but is still a Size 0. As a member of CrossFit Reston in Virginia, the former model ditched her old image for a new one. “I would not say that being muscular or being fit was encouraged as a model,” Dziak says. “It was all about being skinny, being a Size 0, double 0. That whole skinny-fat thing that exists where a girl is a Size 0 but she’s got no tone on her was completely acceptable.” Not only has her body changed “for the better” since starting CrossFit, but Dziak also competed for the first time last year.     Great Workout, But Abs exercises doesn’t burn fat, you’re just building up abs muscle behind a layer of fat, if? you want to lose fat : Eat healthy, Do some cardio and lift heavy as you can.

    “Abs Are made in kitchen” also Muscle.

    If you really want to get ripped, I recommend Dr.Charles’ program, I went from 20% BF to 7% in 3 months thanks to this, Really good program, it was worth every penny spent on it.

  18. Hey there, have you considered “Belly Fat Blaze” (just search on Google for it …)? On their website you will find a beneficial free video. It made it easier for Randy to get rid of his abdominal fat. It might work for you too…

  23. there’s so many on youtube i just workouted (is that even a word lol) called 10 Minutes to Long, Lean Muscles With Pop Physique! by popsugarliving. they have a lot of vids and i did three and im like dying lolol. i also walk to the bus stop for school and back quickly and i feel it in my calfs and i run whenever. do workouts when your lying down (leg raises) just really find time to do it. squeeze in a workout whenever you can! hope this wasn’t boring and too long. but just trying ot help :D

  37. @fbmaxce I already told you. i know the bad fat is the reason that stopping 6 pack coming outside even we work out well. But I saw an interview with body building champion where he talks about 7 odd foods he eats to keep his abs hard. you can see it here ==>

    Mad…you aren’t reading what I’m saying. I didn’t say the girl in THIS video, who is a crossfitter, was on gear. Never said it, never implied it. The person I responded to claimed that “Female Bodybuilders” use “creatine and special diets” to get as big as most men. Bodybuilders, not crossfitters. Not you. I disagreed that creatine caused massive hypertrophy in otherwise natural women and you are suggesting this is hateful towards you and this video. It isn’t. You aren’t following.

    I eat strict, straight up Paleo, hump my ass in the gym 4 days a week and walk several miles every day for work. ;) Who do you think I’m hating?
