Healthiest Meal Replacement Ever: Strengthens the Body and Mind,
Like you, I have also read through existing product reviews on this item and so I felt compelled to let you in on the REAL DEAL behind Garden of Life’s, Raw Meal Replacement.
In order to align our thinking, yes I will admit that this Meal Replacement is indeed the worst tasting meal replacement I have consumed. And I will add that the texture is somewhat grainy as well.
My coworker decided one serving was enough for her and so the Meal Replacement was up for grabs. I consumed Garden of Life’s, Raw Meal Replacement, for lunch, five days a week for three weeks.
The results were fantastic:
1. Improved digestion.
-Never upset stomach! You feel good.

|Tastes like crap, but it’s very healthy!,
Almost every single one of the negative reviews on here has to do with the taste. Ok, it’s been well established that this stuff tastes bad. I don’t think it’s the worst I’ve ever had, but it’s certainly not delicious. However, it’s a taste you get used to very quickly, and it only takes 1 minute to choke down. That 1 minute of pain will bring you hours of vibrance. That’s the way I look at it.
I’ve never seen such a complete meal replacement in all of my life. This is the strongest product I’ve seen nutritionally speaking. RAW, full of life, full of easily digested nutrients, high in fiber, high in phytochemicals…. even high in protein. It’s truly a revolutionary formula.
Again, this stuff DOES taste bad. It’s gritty, and the deliciousness factor is as close to zero as you’ll find. But, it makes me feel great, and that’s what I’m looking for in a Meal Replacement. I don’t need things to taste like cookies in order for me to be able to consume them. I can get ALL the taste I need from my other meals. I like this blend pre and post workout, as breakfast, or before bed. On workout days, sometimes I’ll take 3 servings.
All in all, fantastic product. I honestly wouldn’t want this to taste any better if they altered the healthful aspect of it. It’s perfect as is.

|Takes 2 days to get acclimated to taste, but worth the 33g of protein.,
I disliked the taste at first, but after a few days, I could easily consume it without any juices, just straight with water. Be warned though, it taste terrible.
Aside from that, it has a decent amount of naturally derived vitamins. It has 33 grams of VEGAN protein content. It has 21 grams of sugar though. I don’t know from what really, it’s not sweet. The most important thing to keep in mind though is the amino acid profile, and vitamin content.
One more thing, this really kept my hunger at bay. Their are a ton of products like this one, but I prefer this one for the reasons I stated above. I would say this is a great addition to vegetarian/vegan whole food diet.
