Actually, they are mostly soy which is better for you than what you could make. Also, they are fairly low-calorie and low-fat. The FullBar Weight Loss Bars Cocoa Chip Pak Twelve bars flavor is very good, too.

These things are overpriced corn puffs. It’s easier and cheaper to make your own.

This product doesn’t really work, it’s no more filling than if you ate any other fiber bar (this is actually not that high in fiber, just a few grams) and a glass of water or other liquid. There are no special ingredients in this that act as a diet aid, it’s just puffed wheat, which you can get in cereals, the only ingredient that sounded unusual was the agave syrup, but all that is is a slightly lower carb sweetener commonly used to make tequila–it has no magical qualities to it. They were just trying to avoid using straight sugar. The puffed wheat probably floats on top of your stomach acids for awhile temporarily making you fill fuller but again, there’s nothing special about this. You can get better results eating a high fiber cereal, or taking a fiber laxative with liquid and it would cost a lot less. This is just another Hollywood Diet fad, who knows if the doctor is real on the package, if he is he’s getting rich off fooling people who are desperate to lose weight…Do not bother buying this, it’s a waste of money and has the texture of styrofoam.

I was so disappointed with this product. A cereal bar or a piece of fruit would do the same as a fraction of the cost.

I can’t believe all the good reviews for the Cocoa flavored full-bars. I like this flavor so much better. I bought a variety pack and I liked the Cocoa chip the least. But I ended up using them all. And these really work, if you use them right. I carry one in my purse, and follow the directions.
I usually take 16 ounces of water (a water bottle) and drink the whole thing with the fullbar.
It’s not a super-fast way to lose, but I hate diet pills because they make me feel so jittery and make me sick to my stomach. I lost 6 pounds in one month. And they help with your regularity, because of all the fiber and water. That’s pretty good for me. I’m happy with the result and the product.
