I just have to write a review about this product. I have been battling to loose 20 lbs. over the last 5 years and I’ve tried just about anything on the market. Reduce weight has helped me achieve my goal, without great sacrifice, in about 2 months. I went from 144lbs. to 120lbs. In the beginning I did exercise and eat healthier so maybe that’s why I lost the most pounds in the first month but then the second month I slacked a little but still lost the weight. Like I said, you don’t need to sacrifice and stop eating altogether, I still ate but just decided to eat more vegetables than potatoes, rice and pasta. I recommed this to anyone that doesn’t have any health conditions since the pill doesn’t really come with instructions or warnings. Two of my friends have started taking this and are loosing weight also. When I started there were many reviews on this product but now I don’t know why they are all gone so I wanted to leave my review in order to get the ratings up on this amazing product.
