Do ANY weight loss supplements actually work?
I am looking for something natural, that will give my weight loss a bit of a kick start. I am really urgently needing to lose some weight and I am worried that exercise and diet just aren’t enough to get me over that edge. Does anyone know any good reliable natural things I can take to give my body that extra boost it needs? I drink green tea now, anything else?
P.S. I know there is sooo much junk out there. I am not looking for a “magic pill”.

Gallons and gallons of laxatives and mexican food.
There is a revolutionary and safe way to lose weight with a product called Form from O3 World that helps you control portions. It has been 88.9% effective as compared to a 13% average. I’ll stick a few links to places where you can research it a bit more, but also search You Tube to see the kind of results real people are getting.
I lost weight merely by switching to organic food without all of the weird chemical additives the food industry puts into our food that I wish they wouldn’t.
Caffeine/ephedra/aspirin.

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com
Good luck and stay focused = )
There are some that do work but please be careful. Try this:
* You should eat at least 1200 calories per day. If you eat less than 1200 calories per day this slows down your metabolism, because your will body think there is a famine and wants to hold on to calories and this will actually prevent you from losing weight.
* Aim to lose no more than two pounds a week. This means no crash dieting, just sensible eating and plenty of calorie burning exercise.
* Keep a food journal to make sure that you are truly eating a sensible diet and not over eating or over snacking. Food tracking has been proven to help folks lose weight.
* You need to burn 3,500 calories to lose a pound of body fat. To lose a pound a week, you should have a daily calorie deficit of 500 calories. You can create a calorie deficit by eating less, by exercising more, or both. It is best to have a mixture of both.
* You should focus on losing fat not lean muscle. Since muscles not only keep you strong, they also burn considerably more calories, pound for pound, than fat. Be sure to add strength training to your exercise plan.
I hope this helps some. Thanks
