I bought these pills to get a jumpstart in my weight loss granted I only wanted to loss 10 pounds. This pill does not help you lose weight. It does do however give you energy. More so the first day you take the pill. Honestly, don't waste your money I've stopped taking the pills now & have actually lost 3 pounds with my own diet plan. I will most likely try other pills but I will NEVER use these again.
If you want sn energy boost these are for you. If you want to lose weight try something different.

I have been experimenting with different acai product and I have to say this is the least effective by far. I was fooled by the fancy box. This product gave me no help at all. I usually avoid natrol product because they seem to be the bottom of the barrel and you end up getting what you pay for. I will be more careful in the future.

This is the best diet pill I have used to date. I have tried many products and none worked for me. I lost about 20 pounds in 4 months. I did how ever workout five days a week and watched what I ate. It is also a very good price as well, compared to other diet pills. Also keeps you feeling full so you will not be hungry. So what do you have to loose, but weight?

I’m filling capsules with creatine. I take creatine and glutamine in capsule form because the powder sometimes leaves a gritty taste in my protein shakes.

I disliked the taste at first, but after a few days, I could easily consume it without any juices, just straight with water. Be warned though, it taste terrible. ;)

Aside from that, it has a decent amount of naturally derived vitamins. It has 33 grams of VEGAN protein content. It has 21 grams of sugar though. I don't know from what really, it's not sweet. The most important thing to keep in mind though is the amino acid profile, and vitamin content.

One more thing, this really kept my hunger at bay. Their are a ton of products like this one, but I prefer this one for the reasons I stated above. I would say this is a great addition to vegetarian/vegan whole food diet.

Almost every single one of the negative reviews on here has to do with the taste. Ok, it's been well established that this stuff tastes bad. I don't think it's the worst I've ever had, but it's certainly not delicious. However, it's a taste you get used to very quickly, and it only takes 1 minute to choke down. That 1 minute of pain will bring you hours of vibrance. That's the way I look at it.

I've never seen such a complete meal replacement in all of my life. This is the strongest product I've seen nutritionally speaking. RAW, full of life, full of easily digested nutrients, high in fiber, high in phytochemicals.... even high in protein. It's truly a revolutionary formula.

Again, this stuff DOES taste bad. It's gritty, and the deliciousness factor is as close to zero as you'll find. But, it makes me feel great, and that's what I'm looking for in a Meal Replacement. I don't need things to taste like cookies in order for me to be able to consume them. I can get ALL the taste I need from my other meals. I like this blend pre and post workout, as breakfast, or before bed. On workout days, sometimes I'll take 3 servings.

All in all, fantastic product. I honestly wouldn't want this to taste any better if they altered the healthful aspect of it. It's perfect as is.

In order to align our thinking, yes I will admit that this Meal Replacement is indeed the worst tasting meal replacement I have consumed. And I will add that the texture is somewhat grainy as well.

@phoLegit You definitely could. There is no harm in stacking a creatine and a mass gainer; in fact many people prefer to take the two supplements together to increase the rate at which they gain and maintain muscle.

@ceeIoc There is not a specific amount of water that you need to be drinking. They main thing that you want to focus on is staying hydrated. So drink a lot of water while taking the supplement.

You can mix it however you need to. If you have shaker cup just pour it in the cup with some liquid and shake it up, or you could do it with a spoon.

all i can say this people does work… i lost my weight in 3 months from 180 too 115 i am till this day still 115 this pill is a miracle worker … i was very light headed from the pill and i noticed i was always very very thirsty this like maid me drink water like crazy..
