I want to know if anyone knows any safe effective weight loss supplements that aren’t too expensive. If possible ones that you could get at a store such as Walgreen’s. However, i want to make sure they are safe and will not do any serious harm to me. If anyone knows any, your help would be greatly appreciated. =]
When buying diet pills, there are a couple of different ways to go about it. Some pills are only available by prescription, while others can be purchased over the counter (OTC). There are several different types of weight loss supplements, which will be discussed in the following few paragraphs.
Some of the more popular prescription drugs are: Bontril, an appetite suppressant; Xenical, a pill which helps the body absorb fat; Meridia, a supplement that encourages your body to shed pounds, and Phentermine which is easily the most popular appetite suppressant in the United States today. Whereas prescription drugs are available only from a licensed physician, over the counter supplements can be purchased by anyone and contain such ingredients as amino acids, vitamins, minerals, botanicals, herbs, etc. They typically come in capsules, powder, and pill form but are not a substitute for proper diet and exercise. When combined with a healthy well balanced diet and exercise, these pills can be effective in helping you lose weight.
I tried Hannen Health’s ‘Take it Off’ chelation pills but unfortunately they are out of stock for who knows how long. I see chelation pills advertised for heart health etc. but that is not what I’m looking for. I am looking for chelation ‘weight loss’ supplements. Anybody know of any good ones? Any personal experiences?
An internet search or late night television watching reveals there are hundreds of products out on the market to help lose weight. Many are sold as supplements, which do not go through the same rigorous testing or have to meet the same standards as other drugs sold in the United States. Researching the effectiveness of these drugs on the internet can be confusing, as many websites are merely advertisements for the next big thing in weight loss.
I’m writing a paper for school and I would like to include this information in it. Also, what are the best weight loss supplements? Thanks!
The best weight loss supplements are the most natural… Period!
And by “best” I mean able to produce the fastest most natural results. There are certainly weight loss pills and other diet supplements on the market that have the ability to produce some fast results, but, most of them will negatively impact your health!
